This is a re-mastered collection of retro digi-music I made on the Atari ST between 1988 and 1992.

"Back In The Day" in the late 1980s and early 1990s, when the Atari ST was enjoying its peak, everyone I knew who owned one (whether they had any musical skill or not) had a go at creating tunes using the packages available.

I chose a program called "Quartet" which allowed the creation of 4 channel 'Digi-sound' using standard musical notation to input notes.
It was one of the 1st 'Digi-music' packages for the Atari ST and became very popular.

These are the tunes I made as a teenager.

Corny and dated, of course, but maybe they provide a glimpse of the musical styles and sounds popular at the time.

Update June 2020, track 22 added:

Digi-Music Demo 1 (Atari STFM)
Old unreleased demo from 1991 for the Atari STFM including 8 Quartet tunes.

1. Dave Made Me Do It V2 (Expansion of tune by unknown composer)
2. Hot Guitarin'
3. Piano Plinker (Amiga conversion of tune by Walkman)
4. Funky Tuesday (orig. JC)
5. Good Morning Sunshine (orig. JC)
6. SLL Tune 8 (Amiga conversion, orig. SLL)
7. Missing (Vangelis)
8. Get Out Of Your Lazy Bed (Mat Bianco)
